Robert Hawley has been conducting insurance loss inspections and preparing repair cost for over 36 years as a licensed general contractor (unrestricted/Massachusetts), indoor air quality consultant, microbial remediation, and water damage expert. Mr. Hawley is also a contributor to the ACAC Council-certified Fire & Smoke Damage (CFSD) training manual.
Mr. Hawley holds some of the most prestigious credentials in the IAQ industry (Engineering Level Related). He also sits on numerous of ACAC national boards as a certifying board member. He is called on to be an appraiser when a conflict between the Insured (or its contractor) and the Carrier arises.
Robert is one of the only two who has ever successfully challenged the Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) test and achieved an almost perfect score (99.5 out of 100). ICRA certification is required for doing any monitoring of construction, construction progress assessments, or submitting the Scope of Work (SoW) and or Specification documents for short and long care stay healthcare facilities or hospitals.
